Privacy Policy
Covenant Audio | Effective September 29, 2026
Covenant Audio is a wedding and event DJ and audio business based in the Atlanta, Georgia area, owned and operated by David Park. This policy covers our client planning app at plan.covenantaudioatl.com and our website at covenantaudioatl.com.
What we collect
- Planning details you give us: names, email addresses, phone numbers, event date, venue, timeline, song requests, and other details you enter in the planning app or send us.
- Booking records: invoices, agreements you sign, and payment status. We do not store card or bank numbers. Payments happen through the payment service you choose.
- Basic technical data: the minimum needed to keep you signed in and keep the app secure, such as a session cookie.
How we use Google account data
The planning app connects to one Google account only: Covenant Audio's own business account ([email protected]). Clients never sign in with Google, and we never access a client's Google account.
With that business account connected, the app:
- Gmail: reads and copies messages to and from our business inbox into our planning system, so conversations with each couple stay attached to their event. It also sends and drafts replies from that inbox, and applies labels to organize it.
- Google Calendar: reads our business calendar to show bookings and availability. It does not change the calendar.
- Google Drive: the connection is limited to files the app itself creates or that we open with it. The app does not currently use Drive.
We use this data only to run Covenant Audio's own bookings and client communication.
Covenant Audio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use it for advertising.
- We do not use it to build or train general-purpose AI models.
- People do not read it except to run our business, for security, or when the law requires it.
Service providers
We share data only with services that help run the app, and only as needed for that job:
- Cloudflare: hosts the app and stores its data.
- Google: Gmail, Calendar, and Drive, as described above.
- Anthropic and Fireworks AI: AI services that power the planning assistant couples chat with, read planning documents you upload, sort business email, and draft replies, invoices, and planning summaries for David to review. They process content on our behalf and do not use it to train their models.
- Resend: our email delivery service. It sends app emails such as login links, receipts, and reminders.
- Music services: when you search for a song, the search words go to Apple (iTunes) and Deezer to find matches. Song previews and links you add may show a player from Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, or Deezer, which loads in your browser under that service's own privacy policy.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep event and communication records for as long as needed to serve you and keep accurate business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see below), unless we have to keep something for tax or legal reasons.
Your choices
- See or delete your data: email us and we will send you a copy or delete it.
- Disconnect Google access: the business account owner can remove the app at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Doing so stops all Gmail, Calendar, and Drive access.
Security
Data is sent over HTTPS and stored with our hosting provider. Admin tools are limited to Covenant Audio. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
The planning app is for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
